Maurya Logistics MAURYA LOGISTICS On Time. Every Time.

Core transportation & distribution for regulated product.

Three service lines, three validated temperature ranges and one non-negotiable rule: the thermal envelope holds from the shipper's dock to the consignee's signature.

Door-to-Door B2B Distribution

Seamless transfer of pharmaceutical assets between manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, institutional buyers and clinical sites.

This is the backbone of our operation. Consignments are collected from your plant or warehouse into a pre-cooled body, sealed, logged and moved directly to the receiving party — no open cross-docking into uncontrolled environments, no unrecorded intermediate custody.

Because the fleet is owned rather than brokered, the vehicle that leaves your dock is the vehicle that arrives at the consignee. That single fact removes the most common cause of unexplained excursions in Indian pharma freight.

  • Full truckload & part load

From a 1-tonne pickup to a 24-foot 9-tonne body, matched to the consignment rather than the reverse.

  • Multi-drop routing

Sequenced drops planned so door-open time and thermal exposure are minimised at every stop.

  • Proof of delivery with temperature record

POD and the trip's temperature chart delivered together, ready for your batch file.

Express Cold-Chain Couriers

Time-critical movement for high-value biologicals and life-saving consignments where the delivery window is measured in hours.

Some shipments cannot wait for a consolidation cycle. A batch of vaccines released for a government drive, a clinical trial kit, an emergency hospital replenishment — these move on a dedicated vehicle with a direct routing and a named driver.

Express jobs are flagged on our control desk from the moment they are booked. Location and internal box temperature are checked against the plan at fixed intervals, and the consignee's contact is given the ETA rather than asked to chase it.

  • Dedicated vehicle, direct route

No shared load, no intermediate warehousing, no unplanned door openings.

  • Priority escalation path

A named operations contact for the duration of the trip, reachable outside office hours.

  • ETA sharing to the consignee

Geofence-triggered arrival notice so the receiving cold room is open and ready.

Last-Mile Pharmacy Fulfilment

Specialised delivery into hospitals, retail chemists and institutional pharmacies — ensuring the final link in the chain is the one that never breaks.

The last mile is where most cold chains quietly fail: a bike courier with an ice pack, a 10-minute wait at a busy hospital gate, a delivery left at reception. We run the final leg on the same reefer standard as the trunk route.

Our 34 Bolero pickup reefers exist for exactly this: a 1-tonne, 10-foot refrigerated body small enough for old-city chemist lanes and hospital basements, but with a real compressor and a real temperature log behind it.

  • Reefer to the door — no ice-box handoff

The active cooling continues right up to the receiving counter.

  • Institutional gate procedure

Drivers briefed on hospital and government-supply gate formalities before dispatch.

  • Named-person handover

Delivery recorded against a named recipient, not a reception desk.

Temperature ranges

Three validated envelopes, mapped to product type.

The band is agreed before booking and treated as a specification, not a preference. Below is exactly which products travel in which envelope.

Our operating temperature spectrum

Each band is actively maintained by the vehicle's reefer unit and logged continuously.

Frozen −20 °C set point Specialised medications · select plasma products Refrigerated +2 °C to +8 °C Vaccines · insulin · blood products · biologics Ambient +15 °C to +25 °C Tablets · capsules · topical ointments −25 °C −20 −10 0 +10 +20 +30 °C 0 °C
Controlled ambient
+15° to +25°C

Room-temperature pharmaceuticals

Insulated, actively regulated bodies that hold a stable ambient band regardless of outside conditions. Critical on summer trunk runs through central India, where an unconditioned box can exceed +45 °C inside two hours.

  • Tablets
  • Capsules
  • Topical ointments
  • Oral solids
  • Syrups
Refrigerated
+2° to +8°C

The critical cold chain

Our highest-discipline zone. Bodies are brought to set-point before loading, doors are opened only at planned drops, and the internal box reading is logged continuously so a two-degree drift is visible while the truck is still moving.

  • Vaccines
  • Insulin
  • Blood products
  • Biologics
  • Injectables
Frozen
−20 °C

Deep-frozen consignments

Dedicated deep-freeze units for products where a single thaw cycle destroys efficacy irreversibly. Set-point is verified at dispatch, in transit and at delivery, and the frozen leg is never combined with a chilled multi-drop.

  • Specialised medications
  • Select plasma products

SEZ & Customs Documentation

In the Pithampur Special Economic Zone, a perfect temperature log means nothing if the paperwork isn't ready at the gate.

A reefer truck with a perfect temperature log is still a failure if it sits at the SEZ gate because a document is short. Our Pithampur desk exists to make sure that does not happen: we prepare and carry the customs file rather than treating it as the shipper's problem.

It is precisely this capability that brought industry leaders including Rusan Pharma, Felix and Macleods to route their SEZ movements through us.

Customs Authority Liaison

Direct working relationship with Pithampur SEZ & Customs Authority.

Bonded & Cleared Movements

Both inbound and outbound SEZ cargo, including complex bonded procedures.

Document Pre-Check

File verified before the vehicle is loaded — not at the gate with a cold consignment aboard.

Cold Chain Held During Clearance

Reefer stays powered and logging for the entire clearance window.

How a booking runs

From enquiry to signed POD.

Six steps, each with a named owner on our side.

Enquiry & scoping

You send route, payload, temperature band and timing. We confirm suitability and quote.

Vehicle assignment

Body size and reefer type matched to the consignment; driver briefed on the product.

Pre-cool & load

Body brought to set-point before loading. Data logger armed, seals applied and numbered.

Monitored transit

GPS, box temperature and door events streamed. Deviations alerted immediately.

Delivery & seal check

Seal numbers verified against dispatch record with the consignee before doors open.

Documentation handover

Signed POD plus the trip temperature chart, issued as one package for your batch file.

Review

Any deviation is written up with root cause and corrective action, not quietly closed.

Recurring lane setup

Regular lanes get a fixed vehicle class, standing rate and a named operations contact.

Included as standard

Things other carriers bill as extras.

Temperature chart with every trip

A complete, exportable log for the whole journey — not a spot reading taken at handover.

Live tracking access

GPS position and trip history for your consignment, available on request while in transit.

Deviation alerting

You are told about a temperature or door event as it happens, not in a monthly report.

Layered locking & seals

Multiple locks, customised hardware, hidden locking and numbered cable seals as standard.

Scheduled lane slots

Fixed weekly departures on repeat lanes so your dispatch planning is predictable.

Single operations contact

One person who knows your account at each hub. No ticket queue for a cold consignment.
