Maurya Logistics MAURYA LOGISTICS On Time. Every Time.

If it isn't measured, it isn't a cold chain.

Every vehicle streams position, box temperature, humidity and door state. You get the alert while the truck is still moving — and the chart afterwards for your batch file.

What a trip looks like to us

A continuous record, not a spot check.

Below is how a chilled consignment is monitored end-to-end: the whole journey inside the +2 °C to +8 °C envelope, with every door event stamped on the timeline.

LIVE Trip ML‑4471 · Bhiwandi → Ahmedabad · Eicher 20 ft · Set point +5 °C NO EXCURSIONS +8 °C limit +2 °C limit 0 °C +2 +4 +6 +8 +10 +12 06:00 09:00 12:00 15:00 18:00 21:00 00:00 DOOR OPEN 4 min pre-cool Box temperature, logged continuously · shaded area = agreed +2 °C to +8 °C envelope BOX TEMPERATURE +4.2 °C HUMIDITY 58 % RH LOCATION · 62 km/h NH‑48, Vadodara DOOR & SEAL Closed · seal 88214 Illustrative panel. Advanced tracking

Four systems, one shared record.

Temperature data is read directly from the vehicle's Carrier or ThermoKing unit — internal box reading, ambient reading and the commanded set point — so what you see is what the compressor actually did.

Real-time temperature monitoring

Continuous readings from inside the cargo box, not from the cab or the outside of the body. Ambient and set-point values are captured alongside, so a rising internal temperature can be read against what the unit was told to hold.

  • Internal box temperature

  • Ambient temperature outside the vehicle

  • Commanded set point from the reefer unit

  • Relative humidity inside the box

GPS tracking & geofencing

Live position for every vehicle on the road, with the full trip history retained. Geofences around pickup and delivery points trigger automatic arrival and departure stamps, which is also how we generate the ETA we share with your consignee.

  • Live location and speed

  • Complete trip history and route replay

  • Geofenced pickup and delivery zones

  • ETA sharing with the receiving party

Instant alerts

An excursion you learn about a week later is an incident report. An excursion you learn about in the same minute is a problem you can still fix — reroute, re-cool, or turn the vehicle around before the product is written off.

  • Temperature deviation beyond the agreed band

  • Unscheduled door opening

  • Power loss to the refrigeration unit

  • Equipment malfunction reported by the unit

Data logging for compliance

Every trip produces a temperature chart and a historical dataset. These are handed over with the POD so your quality team can attach them to the batch record without chasing us for a reconstruction weeks later.

  • Trip temperature chart, start to finish

  • Time-stamped door and power events

  • Historical data retained for audit and review

  • Deviation write-up with root cause where applicable

Escalation

What sets off an alert.

Four triggers, each routed to a named person on our operations desk — and to you.

Temperature deviation

Box reading drifts outside the agreed band. Alert fires on the first sustained breach, not after an average.

Door opening

Any door event outside a planned stop is flagged with location and duration attached.

Power loss

Loss of supply to the reefer unit is treated as a critical event and escalated immediately.

Equipment malfunction

Self-reported faults from the refrigeration unit trigger a replacement-vehicle decision.

Cargo security

Four layers between your product and the road.

High-value pharmaceutical cargo attracts attention. Our doors carry redundant locking so that defeating one mechanism does not open the box — and so that any attempt is visible on arrival.

88214 CONTAINER GATE 1 2 3 4 Multiple locks Independent padlocks top and bottom Customised locks Non-standard hardware, no common key Hidden locking system Concealed internal point, not visible outside Cable seals Numbered, single-use, checked at delivery
  • Multiple locks

More than one independent locking point per door set, so a single defeated lock does not open the cargo area.

  • Customised locks

Non-standard hardware fitted to our own specification. There is no common key circulating in the market for it.

  • Hidden locking system

A concealed locking point that is not visible from outside the vehicle — an attacker cannot plan around a mechanism they cannot see.

  • Numbered cable seals

Single-use seals recorded at dispatch and verified against the number at delivery. Tampering is evident before the doors are opened.

Seal-check procedure at delivery

The driver reads the seal number aloud to the consignee and it is matched against the dispatch record before the doors open. If the numbers disagree, the doors stay shut and our operations desk is called. That is the whole point of a numbered seal — it only works if someone actually checks it.

The temperature chart

A continuous plot of internal box temperature for the whole journey, against the agreed band, with door events and any deviations marked on the same timeline. Suitable for attaching directly to a batch or dispatch record.

The raw data log

The underlying time-stamped readings behind the chart, so your quality team can run their own analysis rather than trusting a summary.

Signed proof of delivery

POD recorded against a named recipient, with the verified seal number noted on it.

Deviation report, where one applies

If anything went outside specification, you get a written account of what happened, when, for how long, and what we changed so it does not recur. We would rather hand you an uncomfortable report than a clean one that is not true.

Tracking access during transit

On request, live position and temperature visibility for your consignment while it is on the road — so you are not dependent on a phone call to know where it is.

Want to see the monitoring on a real lane?

Send us one route. We'll run it, and give you the chart and the log alongside the POD.
